AlcoholEdu, DiversityEdu, and Haven

As a new first-year, transfer, or graduate student at Virginia Tech, you need to complete one or more online courses. Virginia Tech believes that a student’s ability to learn is enhanced when they are a member of a safe and healthy community. A non-inclusive environment, the misuse or abuse of alcohol, and sexual misconduct can all be significant barriers to academic success. Our goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive campus, and to reduce the negative consequences of alcohol misuse and abuse on campus as well as the incidents of unwanted sexual behavior.
