Mission

The Division of Student Affairs Office of Human Resources promotes and supports organizational excellence within the division by developing partnerships that achieve positive, strategic results. We collaborate with our applicants, employees, and other university personnel to meet the needs of a diverse and talented workforce, and provide services that promote an environment that is characterized by fair treatment, trust, and mutual respect.

We provide a positive Human Resource service experience for applicants, employees, and collaborate with department managers to recruit, develop, support, and retain diverse and talented employees who are the key to DSA's reputation and success. We deliver our service with quality and expertise and in a timely fashion so that our Division's departments are able to focus on their own specific departmental goals.
