ALCOHOL-WISE Enrollment Instructions
Alcohol-Wise is an online alcohol prevention course. You’ll need access to an internet connected computer and an email address.
To receive credit you must follow enrollment instructions and enter the correct control number.
1. Go to www.3rdmilclassrooms.com
2. Click on Begin Enrollment-College on the left side menu.
When you are directed to enter the Control Number, enter the code below.

Do not include payment or credit card information on the enrollment form. You will receive a password immediately on the screen and by email.
Login using your email address and password to begin the course. The course takes about one hour to complete and you can login and out as needed.
You will receive an email in approximately 60-days reminding you to complete the 15-minute required follow-up.
You and the notifying administrator at your institution will receive an email notification only after completing the course and the follow-up. Print out a copy for your records.
